The CRM Specialist / Digital Marketing Assistant (DMA) will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team to execute email marketing campaigns using the company’s CRM platform.
The DMA is also responsible for maintaining, growing, and engaging the customer base through market research, lead generation and demand generation activities.
Managing live chat and email inquiries and timely handover of leads to the Sales team.
Email list & database management, managing contact and opportunity records.
Implementing lead generation and lead nurturing campaign sequences.
Implementing sales and marketing automation campaigns.
Other digital marketing adhoc tasks as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Managers.
Background knowledge and experience in email marketing and campaigns automation using Infusionsoft or other relevant CRM platforms.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience gained from a PR, Advertising, Media, or Digital Marketing agency, Information Technology or BPO companies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Competent use of Microsoft Office productivity tools. Internet savvy.
Bachelor’s / College Degree, Marketing, Advertising, Broadcast Journalism, Information Technology, or relevant courses from top universities.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent.
