Successful candidate is responsible in managing HR service delivery and ensure alignment with business and HR strategic objectives.
He / she will be the point person between management and employees and serve as a liaison to different HR functions and service organizations.
The position is responsible for managing relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals. He / she is expected to make recommendations, provides solutions, and resolves issues as challenges arise.
Other responsibilities include providing directions for training, coaching and mentoring to ensure that Field HR teams in each unit possess the capability and confidence to perform excellently.
â¢ College graduate, preferably Psychology, Communication, Organizational Development or any related course
â¢ 10 years of collective (HR & Non-HR) work experience.
â¢ At least 6 years managerial experience
â¢ Excellent analytical skills, people skills,
â¢ Proficiency in Excel.
â¢ Amenable to work in a fast-paced environment.
â¢ With experience in working in a BPO company
â¢ Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment
â¢ Excellent communication skills (written / oral)
â¢ Strong interpersonal skills including group facilitation skills
