CaintaSystems Software Principal EngineerTTEC is seeking a Principal Systems Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Intelligence Operations Team.

Experienced Principal Systems Software Engineer will be responsible for the administration, management, maintenance, optimization and other aspects of support in Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) platform (Reporting Services (SSRS) and Analysis Services (SSAS) delivered through Power BI Report Server).

The job function will require the candidate to work closely with users from Human Capital, Finance, IT, and Operations departments.

Plus, work within the Enterprise Intelligence leadership team to determine roadmap items, manage small projects, manage escalations, deliver root cause analysis, work on various BI solutions and oversee day to day BI Operations.

You will also work in tandem with the other teams, preparing documentations and specifications as required.What you will be doing : Manage, Monitor, Maintenance, Development, Administration and Support of MSBI environments (Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, SharePoint), other Applications and BI SolutionsEnsure Performance, Security and Availability of all supported ApplicationsPrepare Documentations and Specifications of existing and new applications and processesHandle common Application System procedures such as installation, configuration, optimization, upgrades, backups, recovery, migrations, releases etc.

Creation, implementation, and regulation of development / support standards and best practicesGather and document user requirements in a clear and organized mannerProfile Application resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessaryCollaborate with other team members and stakeholdersSupport current and future needsOn call rotation for critical pages of 24 / 7 supported Application systemsPerform root cause analysis and provide resolution for any Application Performance issues in a timely fashion through creative problem-
