Supportof DSV Infrastructure and business core applications.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
Supporton Microsoft services such as : AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Active Directory, IIS, SQL,Powershell VBS.
2ndand 3rd line operation and support for backend of the applications andsupport of hosted by team additional core business applications (AV, CyberArkgoodsync, PAM, SMS Passcode) also project management and applicationsautomation.
Createand update documentation; actively build team’s knowledge base.
Maintenanceand administration of supported systems.
SupportTransition, Continuous Improvement and Technology teams on identifying businessrequirements for new solutions and systems
Troubleshootingacross the entire stack : infrastructure, middleware, application, dataflow, connectivity
Performin line with agreed procedures, SLA’s and customers' expectations
Compliancewith internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including laborregulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in thecompany, including company’s intellectual property protection.

Professionalskills development by participation in training and constant self-education.

Performingdaily morning and evening servers check
Analysis,diagnosis and detection of the causes of complex problems on 2nd line levelsupport.
BasicARS Administration (group management application, DFS object properties,history changes, etc
Continuousmonitoring of the overall server environment using the supplied utilities.
