The HR Service Desk Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth resolution of HR inquiries across Macquarie’s global employee base.

In this role,

  • You will be responsible in providing first level resolution on the following concerns : Preboarding (PageUp, Applicant queries, Referral), Onboarding (Employment Screening, Mobility, Psych Assessment), Benefits, Data Management, Performance, Learning, HRIS, Payroll, Salary Packaging and Leave Management, Remuneration & Rewards, Reporting / Metrics, External clients (e.
  • g., applicants, 3rd party, terminated employees etc.),

  • Ensure assigned cases are responded to within defined SLA and with a high level of accuracy and customer support, Re-assign cases to Tier 2, process owner or alternate escalation as appropriate,
  • Establish working relationships with key HR stakeholders and Participate on HR Service Desk projects and initiatives as required.
  • We would like to hear from you if you have :

  • Understanding of Macquarie Group policies and systems associated with specific job responsibilities;
  • Adheres to shifting schedule
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written (in English);
  • Problem solving skills and customer service
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
  • High attention to detail / accuracy
  • Ability to adapt quickly and develop new knowledge
  • Operational excellence mindset; Good at managing tasks through to completion
  • Ability to work autonomously on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary
  • Collaborative, team-based work style and Relative experience on HR Service desk in a shared services or captive industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
