Responsibilities :

Maintains and verifies attendance records of promodiser

  • Follow-up and coordinate with manpower agencies in sourcing strategies, manpower planning and recruitment & placement for Sales Operation.
  • Initial filtering of candidates / sourcing
  • Conduct initial interview
  • Handle business unit manager and promodiser complaints
  • Prepare disciplinary action for promodiser including written reprimands, suspension, pay sanctions and termination for review and approval by the management.
  • Negotiate and make memorandum along knowledge of labor law.
  • Maintaining good relation with agencies.
  • Support functions of HR's day-to-day activities.
  • Qualifications :

  • Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or equivalent
  • with at least 6 months of working experience in general HR
  • must be adaptable, pro-active, deadline and goal oriented
  • must be proficient in MS Office applications
  • must have good command in English both written and verbal
  • with keen attention to details
