  • Job Summary : We are looking for a B2B Business Development Specialist to help us drive the overall business development efforts of Staff Domain.

    Ultimately, the goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele. But that doesn't mean you will be doing this on your own.

    You will be working with some of the best in the business reporting directing to the CEO, who has proven tack record in high value B2B sales, you will be mentored and work side by side with him for the first 3 months of your tenure, learning the ropes from the person who founded the company.

    You will also be working with the best systems, software, hardware, domestic and international marketing teams, and post COVID there are opportunities for travel and training aboard to one of our 4 (soon to be 5) International offices.

    Requirements

    Applicants must have :

  • A minimum of 2 years Non-local BPO experience (voice account / s)
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to instantly connect and build rapport with various clients
  • Impeccable English diction
  • Highly confident, persuasive, and influential
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields
  • The following experience will be highly regarded :

  • Highly collaborative and exhibits strong sales and business acumen
  • Strong creative, organization, and critical thinking skills
  • Hubspot Experience
