  • Provide technical support for resolution of customers’ IT problems, occurrence, concern, requests and queries
  • Liaise with other support teams
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate with 2 years of college education
  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in Technical Support / Customer Service Representative or any related to Service Desk.
