Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work / Bachelor of Science in Community Development / Bachelor of Science in Development Studies
Forty (40) hours of training on Project Management, Financial Management, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, or related courses
At least three (3) years of work experience involving community projects related to family and housing; project and financial management
At least two (2) years of supervisory experience
Must be a Registered Social Worker (RA 1080)
Primary Functions :
Supervises and provides technical and administrative assistance to Area Supervisors in the cluster;
Monitors and follows-up with Area Supervisors on status of deliverables and action points committed by way of group meeting, one-
on-one session and documents tracking system;
Facilitates cluster meetings to discuss operational concerns and to agree on action points to address issues;
Reviews feedback reports and accomplishment reports of Area Supervisors to check for accuracy and completeness;
Consolidates periodic and special reports prepared by Area Supervisors for the project and for submission to the Regional Focal Person;
Establish and maintain networks and linkages with stakeholders through meetings and consultations;
Assists in the organization and management of activities specifically planning, designing, executing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting activities to secure the targets results of the project at the field level;
Conduct monitoring activities to ensure the attainment of objectives and targets of the project;
Prepares project documentation report of the cluster;
Conduct supervisory meetings to Area Supervisors;
Performs other related tasks as maybe assigned by the Regional Focal Person.
