As the Head of Philippines Client Acquisition, you will report directly to the VP of Client Acquisition, and you will be primarily concerned with acquiring and growing international business with operations in the Philippines performed via outsourcing companies or freelancers.

We’re looking for your experience and insights to grow our portfolio of customers who are unsatisfied with their business process outsourcing provider, or that have not yet incorporated in the Philippines, but wish to have a bespoke, personal, and efficient solution to onboarding and managing their local workforce.

The role will require a combination of strong industry knowledge with business development skills. You will take ownership of the company’s sales process making sure that all functions of the business are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

Generate new business & execute a lead generation strategy attract customers with operations in the Philippines to use Penbrothers’ service

Co-design, execute, feedback, and overall manage sales campaigns together with the marketing team and lead generation team

Deliver against new logo sales targets by implementing and co-managing customer acquisition strategy

Adopt a consultative approach and lead with solutions to create compelling, professional, value-based sales materials and presentations instilling trust in prospects

Ensure customer satisfaction through the buyer’s journey and align sales activities to the buying stage.

Liaise and coordinate internally to ensure efficient and professional collaboration with recruitment and customer experience teams

Report on sales performance to VP of Customer Acquisition

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or any related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on Business Processing Outsource or related businesses

Experience with both inbound and outbound sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting

Strong experience with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot

Exceptional in-person and online presence, verbal and written communication skills is a must Passion, grit, and the desire to be part of a rapidly growing team that makes a difference for both the company,its clients, and Filipino talent

Superior organizational and time management skills

Sales experience presenting to Director and VP levels a must. Experience with working or presenting to founders preferred

Well-versed in different sales methodologies, such as MEDDICC

Demonstrably has consistently achieved sales targets in previous roles
