ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Think creatively, innovatively and strategically when facing problems and opportunities.
  • Problem solving and resolution of complex issues using standard tools such as 5 Why? & 8D methodologies.
  • Building strong working interdepartmental relationships and managing / resolving potential conflicts of interest.
  • Customer Service ethic, with a focus on internal communications to influence transition and continuous improvement programs.
  • Project management of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure customer complaints are documented, investigated and addressed in a timely manner. Analyse customer complaints for trends and opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Conducting internal audits and the completion of audit reports detailing recommend actions to resolve identified non-conformities.
  • Work with the Quality Manager to maintain the Quality Management System.
  • Assist site departmental leads with the development and update Standard Operating Procedures.
  • KPI reporting via regular update of regional KPI dashboards, conduct trend analysis assessing possible risks to the business and recommend actions to mitigate the identified risks.
  • Work with the Training Lead to develop training development packages & qualifications.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

    This position requires the following knowledge and skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree calibre (or equivalent work experience)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt desirable, but not essential
  • Experience in reprographics industry desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to solve complex & technical problems
  • Qualified Internal Auditor
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail when working under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
