Responsible to support Henkel global Compensation and Benefits (C&B) from enrollment to termination, Payment report, Reconciliation of benefits data
Responsible for working hand in hand with country’s local HR (Human Resources), Stakeholder and Finance team for proper payout to employees
Responsible for Incentive calculation of upper management
Responsible for executing validation and reconciliation of benefits data and payment
Responsible for responding to employee’s inquiries and concerns related to the process (via calls, e-mails, and the ticketing system)
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree (preferably Psychology or Human Resource related)
Minimum of two (2) years working experience in HR Compensation and Benefits which includes Benefits, Administration, Payroll and Reconciliation;
preferably obtained from SSC or multinational working environment
Preferably with end to end payroll process experience, not only on the end-to-end framework, but also with the absorption and documentation of processes
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivoting, and MACROs for automation of reports) is required; SAP knowledge preferred
Excellent command of both spoken and written English; With interpersonal, time management, and stakeholder management skills
