You will be responsible for :
Interpreting billing transaction data for customers, DTCC Operations areas as well as other Finance departments.
Using the company's ticket tracking system, Salesforce, responding to cases by answering a variety of questions and billing issues, responding within the company's SLAs.
Escalating as necessary if unable to resolve.
Managing customer service queries and analysing what customers and other stakeholders need when consulting the Billing team.
Skills Required :
You possess a strong knowledge of billing processing and have an excellent communication and analytical skills.
You are highly proficient with using PC
You have some experience in customer service
You demonstrate the ability to work independently
You have the basic accounting knowledge.
You have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, JD Edwards and MetraNet
