Job Description :

  • Ensure the implementation and application of policies, processes, and systems with the business requirements in mind
  • Ensure proper updating and cascading to employees regarding any changes in company policy
  • Counsel and support business leaders in the resolution of specific individual local People issues
  • Manage, in close coordination with the HRBP Lead, all employee discipline cases from investigation to resolution
  • Liaise with business leaders and functional leads to provide daily HR guidance
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Handle employee off-boarding and exit interview process
  • Carry out day-to-day People Operations responsibilities to make Shopee a great work place
  • Requirements :

  • BS / BA degree preferred with at least 4 years of demonstrated general HR experience
  • Great team player and works well with others
  • Has great communication skills
  • Well versed with local legal employment conditions and local statutory regulations
  • Strong mind-set for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
  • Detail oriented and has excellent organizational skills
  • Experienced in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
  • Capability to work in a multicultural environment is an advantage
