Manage Employee Leaves Requests (Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Emergency Leave, Compassionate Leave, Maternity and Paternity Leave) verify with the leave history, annual leave planner and process for further approvals.
ADMINISTRATIVEConducts induction and ensure that the new joiners are well informed about the organization and talent management plans.
Checks, monitors and records attendance of all staff.Submits a daily and weekly attendance report to the Accountant / Bookkeeper for computation which is validated with the Biometrics data.
Follow up with staff on outstanding timesheets and respond to queries related to the timesheets.Manage employee master data and provide required information as and how required.
Maintains systematic and proper filing of all staff documents and 201 files for easy access.Conducts performance management through performance review and appraisal.
Responsible for preparing Memos, Circulars, Letters for GCOO office.In charge of processing compensation and employee benefits (government and company initiated).
Directly reports to Branch Manager and coordinates with Head Office’s Admin and HR.Assists the Branch Manager in all Human Resources issues.

Guides senior staff and team leaders in managing their subordinates by following labor standards, company policies and procedures.
Ensures implementation of company policies, procedures and guidelines while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while providing support to the overall objective of the company.
Ensures that the company is in compliance to DOLE regulations and reportorial.Administration of employee discipline, i.e.
issuance of employee violation memo, administrative hearing and execute proper disciplinary action as per company policy or code of conduct.
Attends in DOLE and NLRC mediation and assists in company’s labor cases.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTDesign, develop and implement comprehensive training strategy and programs that support the strategic objectives of the organization.
Identify training needs for the group by executing Skill Gap and Training Need Analysis based on the recommendations from Performance Managers.
Make annual training calendar and ensure organizing at least one training (internal / external) per quarter. Record Pre & Post training analysis to measure training effectiveness.
Monitor Employee Probationary Evaluation and submit the forms to HOFs as per the stipulated timelines, obtain feedback and process for GCOO approval and employment confirmation letter.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology At least 8-10 years experience as HR GeneralistMust have advance knowledge in MS Office Application and other computer software.
Must be well-versed with regards to all government regulated benefits and regulations. Must possess above-average communication and collaboration skills.
