Firstcom Solutions is looking for creative Advertising Specialists who will be responsible for leading the advertising by creating and developing advertising campaigns, coordinating with clients, running and managing advertisements.

An advertising specialist should be good at pitching new accounts, managing different project accounts, and collaborating ideas to creative teams in Facebook, Instagram, and Google Networks.

Also who will work around in various facets of digital marketing.

What will your work be like?

  • You will be responsible to grow our clients’ businesses;
  • Set up new accounts using best practices
  • Create, manage, and optimize accounts and paid ads / posts on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Develop product digital promotional plan and advertising techniques
  • Be in charge of paid search, pay-per-click, and paid social campaigns ; Generate leads and sales in Facebook Ads, Instagram and Google Networks
  • Use Keyword Planner and other methodologies to research and determine how potential customers search for our clients’ products and services
  • Test and optimize using multiple methods to achieve the lowest possible acquisition cost
  • Prepare sample advertisement program for review and approval by head of department, management and clients
  • Master Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.

    • Along the process, you will be expected to :

  • Determine a proper advertising medium including direct mail, social media ads, online banners and email-marketing initiatives
  • Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with the clients
  • Research and execute important aspects of campaign builds. Such as keyword research, ad copy drafting, audience research, client / website research, account structure, etc
  • Continuous monitoring of results and improvements of advertising
  • Prepare weekly paid media performance reports and recommendations to deliver to clients.
  • Stay informed of relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices.

    • Requirements :

  • BS degree in any business degree or a digital advertising and marketing or quantitative test-driven field.
  • With solid experience in digital media strategy role; managing and implementing advertising, and marketing programs, product catalogs, external communications and email campaigns
  • Someone who knows how to coordinate and guide the creative services, media strategy, and social media management functions of the company
  • Proven experience in developing, monitoring and implementing the advertising projects submitted by clients
  • With experience working with customers in analyzing product information, advertising history, needs to provide appropriate marketing assistance
  • Has worked with sales and advertising team in developing strategies for project promotions
  • Coordinates with writers, graphic artists and other departments to execute advertising projects for Facebook, Instagram and Google Networks
  • Act as day-to-day contact for clients from project start to completion
  • Able to develop and implement advertising policies and procedures to achieve sales objective
  • Preferred : Experience with funnel marketing elements is preferred. E.g., landing page building, creative / copy, tracking / attribution, analytics, etc.
  • Nice to have : Experience in Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, etc..

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere;
  • Communicate spontaneously face-to-face and remotely. ,
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actionsIn-depth understanding of the best and latest advertising and marketing practices
  • Acknowledge and act upon criticisms
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills; Ability to make effective and efficient decisions when planning, scheduling and implementing campaigns or projects
  • Adapt to fast paced cooperative environment
  • Keep up with the best practices and latest technologies in the industry and be proactive to share probable solutions for improvements
