Summary

The Training Coordinator provides administrative support to the Learning & Delivery organization. Responsibilities include supporting, coordinating and scheduling facilitation needs and meetings, data collection of training facilitation and agent performance while in class, obtaining facilitation supplies, Litmos LMS administration, and working on special projects.

This position deals with a diverse group of internal contacts at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for all Litmos LMS support globally, including classroom and curriculum assignments, compliance completion reporting, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Maintain Training Calendar including but not limited to client meetings, internal support meetings and facilitation schedules.
  • Reporting Responsibilities Compile data needed to prepare weekly, monthly, and specialty reports as needed Support Training personnel with reports and presentation generation as requested
  • Order and maintain supplies for the L&D Department
  • Coordination of training room maintenance
  • Support pre-training preparation for New Hire classes
  • Support trainers with real-time requests as needed
  • Support any facility requirements as needed based on location including but not limited to coordinating equipment needs and classroom supplies for classroom readiness.
  • Work on special projects and complete additional tasks as requested
  • Education

  • High school diploma
  • Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a training environment
  • 3 years office administration and / or call center experience preferred
  • Skills

  • Computer literacy (MS Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Must be able to demonstrate skills using the Suite of Programs by passing required Assessments
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills when multiple and / or conflicting requests are made for the same resources.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment and ability to plan and prioritize responsibilities
  • Responsible, accountable and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical aptitude
  • Ability to maintain and handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy
