Job Description

  • We are looking for a driven, proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Answering guest inquiries via email, text and phone
  • Troubleshooting any issues relating to the BigDish user app functionality
  • Providing basic support to our restaurant partners and escalating any critical issues to our Account Management team in the UK
  • Making phone calls to confirm reservations
  • Working on other duties and projects as assigned
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • You have strong technological aptitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • You feel passionate about solving client problems and have excellent social skills
  • Mastery of spoken and written English
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Ability to follow a UK time-schedule
  • Passion for restaurants and the hospitality industry is a plus
