What We'll Bring : Job Description

Job Description

  • Works closely with new members of TUPH with regards to assisting them in Onboarding, from document gathering to connectivity and contribution.
  • Assist in training new members with regards to contribution, enquiry, system navigation and products.
  • Build excellent relationship in both internal stakeholders and external TUPH members.
  • To be a subject Matter expert in all TUPH products, contribution, enquiries and TU system.
  • Answers all member queries in relation to Onboarding.
  • Able to assist in all BAU tasks of Service Delivery in a timely manner and in good quality.
  • Assist on other related Service Delivery tasks assigned.
  • Requirements :

    Requires bachelor degree in any financial related fields. Must have at least 1-2 years experience in customer service, onboarding new clients and operational tasks, back office data gathering, processing, investigation and delivery.

    Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills with a background in technical communications. Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical environments, and ability to build professional relationships.

    Demonstrated ability to meet critical time sensitive objectives.
