In this role, you will be trained on Snaphunt's sourcing methodologies by industry experts and be responsible for ensuring strong growth in talent pools on the Snaphunt platform. This will include :
Executing multiple strategies to ensure strong job distribution across platforms
Targetted & proactive sourcing of talent for niche roles
Understanding specific requirements and leveraging Snaphunt's tools to ensure targetted sourcing on roles
Compiling sourcing metrics and regularly reviewing tools and strategies for effectiveness.
You have at least 2 years of experience within recruitment / talent acquisition and a good overall exposure to different functions and roles.
Experience within high-growth startups / tech-related industries would be a plus.
You are a good problem solver and enjoy finding creative ways to source the right talent
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with team members remotely.
