Description The Organization Planning and Development Manager is responsible for the management of talents in the organization from sourcing and selection to performance planning to career development, leadership development, and succession planning, He / she will keep the organization abreast with the talent acquisition and retention trends to strengthen the strategies related to these activities.
He / she will also be responsible for the internal communication plan and organization review. This is a senior manager role reporting directly to the HR Director.
The Organization Planning and Development Manager will also be responsible for leading and facilitating the strategic planning sessions of the organization, including the periodic reviews as well as guiding the department managers in cascading the site-
wide / business unit strategies to department strategies. He / she will also be responsible for conducting organizational diagnostics to determine employee engagement and building the culture of the organization.
He / she will function as the lead to facilitate the transformation of the support groups into business partners of the operations groups, He / she will also be responsible for public relations, corporate communications and organization promotion.
