Customer Service Representatives are responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account assignment; transactions can be related to billing and collections support, client inquiries, product support or inbound sales.

What are we looking for?

Open to college graduates, college undergraduates, associate degree graduates with relevant experience

Must have at least 1 year of working experience in BPO industry

Experience in handling travel account (Local or International accounts / deals) is preferred

Must have good English communication skills

Amenable to work in Cubao, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang

Willing to work on-site once recalled
