As an Account Executive in our Marketplace department, you become part of a high performance team and bring great fashion to Zalora's customers.

You shape, develop and manage the relationship with Zalora marketplace sellers. Your responsibilities will include planning, steering and project management for best leveraging a seller's portfolio to great performance onsite.

Your working location will be Zalora's offices in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish, develop and manage seller relationships for assigned accounts / categories
  • Act as primary point of contact for all seller related enquiries and maintain constant communication on ongoing business
  • Facilitate seller growth by :
  • Advising sellers on how to optimize their offering through strategic sales management, brand management, production optimization, product pricing and selection
  • Working with merchants to add unique selection, deliver relevant listings on the site, grow the Marketplace catalog, and drive participation in marketing programs and promotions
  • Monitor the performance of the seller network to ensure vendor compliance, delivery timelines and customer satisfaction meet Zalora's standards
  • Critically analyze sales performance to identify action points and threats to drive topline revenue
  • Identify seller-related issues and manage proper resolutions, as well as process improvements
  • Creatively provide solutions to commercial and operational challenges for our partners
  • Track and analyze marketplace operations and systems, identifying processes to optimize
  • Work with Acquisition Managers to identify and profile high-potential sellers
  • Requirements :

  • Degree in business, management, merchandising or related field
  • Proven 3-5 years experience in fashion or e-commerce account / buying management
  • Result driven and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills to monitor and review operational performance
  • Highly proactive and able to solve issues efficiently
  • Hands-on multi-tasker, willing to go the extra mile
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-pace environment
