You will have responsibility for the security, maintenance, services of work and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
You will assist with managing and participate in the general administration within the facilities team in planning essential services such as BCP, construction, workspace capacity, general office management and information management.
As an Administrative Officer, you will need to to provide frequent and timely feedback to both internal and external stakeholders, making use of the appropriate tools and mediums.
Strategic networking and partnering is extremely valuable as you would need to maintain business relations with established contacts such as government agencies, competitors, suppliers and customers.
You will have regular touch point with the Procurement and Finance team to ensure detailed specifications, quotations and contracts of deliverables based on agreed contracts.
You will also need to ensure coordination with procurement activities, office supplies (e.g. stationery, furniture), mobile communications.
