The CoS will function in a key role to enable TaskUs’ COO to work as effectively as possible with both internal and external stakeholders.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :
Preparation for, and facilitation of critical COO-hosted meetings. The CoS is responsible for ensuring that meeting objectives are realistic, that preparation is appropriate, and that the COO is well-informed in advance of the meeting.
The CoS is responsible for preparing all presentation materials for the COO and ensuring that anyone else presenting in the meeting is ready.
This responsibility is about content and the CoS' judgment about the appropriateness and sufficiency of the meeting preparation.

All Hands Meeting / Events Programming & Budgeting
Quarterly Planning Sessions
Quarterly Regional Strategy Presentations
Weekly Staff Meetings
Proactive identification of issues that could impact the successful execution of the COO's commitments. This responsibility involves elevating those issues that the COO should be aware of and presenting ideas to resolve problems and / or mitigate risk.
This will require the CoS to focus on the underlying interest of the parties working with the COO, understand their intentions, identify creative / alternate means of handling pressing issues.
Coordination & orchestration of projects or commitments directly involving the COO and his direct reports.
Development of draft communication on behalf of the COO and / or research in support of these. Communications range from presentations and correspondence related to the COO's various meetings, to various speaking engagements involving external audiences as approved by the COO.
Support the senior executive team’s communications amongst one another and their ability to raise issues with the COO, providing feedback on critical matters and guidance through discussions.

Other Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
5+ years in a leadership or management position within Operations or Service Delivery
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
Ability to navigate beyond one layer into the organization to deliver on expectations and outcomes
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff to perform
Positive attitude and desire to make a difference every day
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft, Google Apps, Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to multi-task under heavy deadlines
Ability to travel up to 50% of the year and work on weekends occasionally
Standing and sitting for sustained periods of time, at least 50%
Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
You must be ok to work on a graveyard schedule (US hours)
