Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Organizational Development,

Communication, Economics, Business Administration and other related courses / discipline

Experience :

At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in strategic / corporate planning,

project monitoring and evaluation.

Training :

With relevant training on strategic / corporate planning, organizational development, monitoring and evaluation and other related fields

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare briefing materials, speeches / welcome remarks, presentation, Question and Answer, talk points, and other event materials for engagements / functions attended / participated by the Executive Director;
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate PPPC Office performance against goals; makes necessary action steps and recommendations to address deviations;
  • Coordinate with the NEDA Planning Office and with regulatory bodies like the Civil Service Commission on matters regarding the agency plans and the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS);
  • Provide technical secretariat services to the MANCOM;
  • Conduct mid-year and year-end assessment and planning workshops;
  • Ensure that the needed reports on the development, implementation and monitoring / evaluation of plans are prepared and submitted on time;
  • Provide professional planning support with clear emphasis on continuous improvement, performance delivery and service to internal and external clients; and
  • Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time by the Division Chief or by higher authorities.
