Review bankruptcy / deceased exception reports and court dockets received from Lexis Nexis and / or incoming mail and confirm information is accurately recorded in the company’s system(s).
report deviations as identified. Prepare daily activity reports for Support Services management review. Provide administrative support to department as requested by management, including but not limited to copying, faxing, and mailing correspondence.

Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement. Make recommendations to implement improved processes.

High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduate, with relevant work experience preferred. Previous work / related experience preferred.
Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team fostered environment. Ability to work in a multi-
tasked environment. Ability to prioritize and organize work. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
Office environment. Ability to lift and / or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
