Job Description :

  • Candidates should have 6 months to 1.5 years Call Center experience
  • Preferably handling a Technical Support account with background in IT Products(specifically Hardware). Preferred but not required
  • Must be technically competent (knowledge in basic troubleshooting & hardware computer parts is okay)
  • Completed at least 2 years of College education
  • Willing to work at night or on graveyard shift and shifting schedules
  • With Good English communication and comprehension skills
  • Willing to be trained
  • Candidates should be amenable to start ASAP!
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
  • Candidates should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
