Job Description

  • PLAN & STRATEGIZE : Plan & develop strategy to deliver sales & profit targets
  • REVIEW SALES PERFORMANCE Review sales performance, & identify branch sales hurdles resulting from process & product reviews
  • OVERSEE COUNTER OPERATIONS Oversee branch counters to prevent long queues, & resolve complaints from irate customers
  • MONITOR SUPPLIES & INVENTORY LEVELS Monitor counter supplies & products inventory level to prevent out-of-stock & expiry situations
  • DEVELOP A SYSTEMS CONTINGENCY Develop a contingency plan for systems downtime
  • TRAIN SUPERVISORS Train new Supervisors on branch operations
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree
  • Preferably supervisor / 5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
  • Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Grand Central
