Job description

  • Manages the execution of the services provided under the different teams scope.
  • Leverages team resources to achieve business objectives
  • Analysis of data from status reports and performance metrics and takes decisions to constantly improve team’s performance
  • Administrates and balances work load between teams.
  • Identifies QA improvement opportunities and manages solution implementations. Monitors results.
  • Manages escalations and assign resolution responsibles.
  • Manages the team to ensure SLAs and turnaround are compliant with what’s defined in the CFM Foundational Services Service Management Framework.
