Our Global recruiting team (based in Manila, McKinley Taguig, currently on work-from-home) identifies talent for executive and experienced level roles, with sub-teams handling talent acquisition based in the following regions : Americas, EMEIA, MENA and APAC;
We design and deliver talent sourcing strategies to connect with the right talent globally and build the EY organization of the future.
Our team focuses on recruiting technology and other in-demand, niche skilled professionals.
The role will be part of a high performing global TA team; A typical day will see you using an array of sourcing strategies and tools to identify, connect with, screen and qualify top talent to present to the hiring teams and Recruiters.
You will partner closely with the assigned Recruiters to maintain a relationship with your identified candidates until hire.
A close connection exists between the Experienced Recruiters and Talent Attraction Specialist, working together to fulfill EY hiring goals across the globe.
The Global TA Specialist builds strong internal and external relationships across EY so as to increase the pipeline of referrals, internal candidates and prospects for current and future openings.
By developing a deep understanding of your assigned market and business line, you will successfully promote and sell career pathways at EY.
Other responsibilities may include the following :
Collaborate with your team, Recruiters and Lead Talent Acquisition professionals in field and center to identify and engage with candidates for roles in Technology, for any of our focused regions : US, Canada, APAC, MENA & EMEIA.
Regional support will be discussed in the hiring process.
Using a suite of tools, develop deep subject matter talent sourcing expertise in the talent markets for the skills required.
You will be required to guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, including providing information on the EY vision, the business strategy, our culture and values, as well as conducting in-depth qualifying interviews to establish candidate’s suitability against the requirements of the role.
Screen live applicants from the ATS for current and future opportunities, creating a candidate profile and documenting these preliminary interviews to share with hiring teams and recruiters.
Ensure the delivery of strong potential candidate pipeline leveraging internal talent and referral channels, developing talent communities, managing referral campaigns.
Acting as a Talent Advisor’ to the business, develop actionable competitive intelligence for recruiters and hiring managers.
Gather and analyze data for accurate and confident decision-making and sourcing strategy. Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
Actively pursue candidate channels to deliver to our Global D&I talent agenda.
Establish regular and timely recruiter and stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment of targets and objectives.
With the TA Team leader, you will assist to develop and execute a variety of candidate marketing techniques and materials.
Achieve individual targets aligned to SLAs and Metrics.

Preferably someone with strong exposure to recruiting and sourcing for technology, technical, professional services or financial services organizations or recruiting internationally in any of the following regions : Americas, APAC, EMEIA, MENA, UKI.

Strong investigation / data analysis / research / market intelligence experience.
