What’s on the menu for you to do :

As an HR Generalist, you will particularly own processes related to Records Management & Reports and assist in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool.

This role also assists in the assessment, diagnosis, and application of organizational development and talent management methods.

The person in this role must demonstrate a working knowledge of talent management concepts that can be shared as practical solutions for the business.

Being a Talent Management Specialist may suggest aligning talent to training or development programs to ensure organizational goals are met among others.

You will work closely with the HR Manager as you will form part of the team that drives the people operations and organizational development of foodpanda Philippines

  • Learning & Development Help assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors.
  • Monitor progress of MyAcademy courses enrollment, provide recommendation for improvement.Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling training, coordinating with vendors, and coordinating enrollment.

    Assists with key talent processes including performance calibrations, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, talent assessments, and new leader assimilation.

    Provides day to day performance management consultation and coaching.Ensure competency matrix and framework is updated

  • Records Management & Reports Ensure that records pertaining to Notices and Disciplinary Records are kept and are filled in their 201 file.
  • Ensure records of Litigation report and status is updated.Ensure that necessary trackers are updated.Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.

    Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.

  • Project Management To assist in working on the specific project assigned to ensure proper coordination and completion of those projects.
  • To assist in the development and implementation of the project proposals.To compile data and information relevant to the project and assist in the documentation of the proposal, make a presentation, etc.

    To constantly monitor and track the progress of the project and maintain all the relevant work details in the form of reports.

    Documents all records of events and issues in projects and monitor all projects to ensure alignment to all project goals and identify all potential issues and assist in the resolution of the same.

  • Business Partnering Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through various employee communications.
  • Assist in ensuring that Action Planning on Peakon is monitored and completed according to the deadline.Monitor Performance Improvement Plan ( PIP ) and ensure that Coaching and tollgate reviews are being adhered to as scheduled.

    Provide valuable feedback and insight to the stakeholders to help driver performance, efficiency, and collaboration.

    What do you bring to the table?

  • Preferably 2 years of HR-related experience in a fast-paced working environment (shared services, BPO, outsourcing) with strong exposure to labor relations, payroll, and benefits.
  • Confident using design platforms such as Photoshop, Canva, and the likes.
  • Possess a positive, self-driven and team-oriented attitude and is always eager to learn new things.
  • Able to thrive in challenging and ambiguous culture.
  • Self- motivated and highly organized.
  • Creative and loves to connect with people to create wonderful experiences for the employees.
  • Enjoy getting along with people from different backgrounds.
  • Able to motivate people and be a problem solver when encountering challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools and tech-savvy.
  • Preferably who can start immediately.
