company, who’s working on youth innovativeweb-projects needs a new co-worker, in order to manage a technical test procedures for a new Video-

recruiter’s main target will be to use any legitimate way for our web-project to find online agents (testers)from all over the world.

As mentioned above, our web-project is a Video-chat, working on different browsersystems and any devices, such as computers, smartphones and e.

t.c.Online agents (testers) are required to test our web-chat technically - literally we are testing how the process willwork, if there are multiple simultaneous connections coming from different spots of the world.

Time by time, thenumber of users will grow and there will be more and more live connections; Online agent’s average salary willbe $4 per hour.

  • Web-recruiter main duties will be : To find a candidates we have mentioned above, first of all for online agents (testers) position;
  • To review an incoming Curriculum vitaes; To arrange meetings and interviews with chosen candidates; To train the best candidates and prepare them to be able to render our service;
  • To execute other position-related tasks.Web-recruiter’s qualification requirements : An English qualification at B1, or higher grade;
  • Experience in Human Resources management field; Educational knowledge of psychology, sociology and human resources management direction;
  • High skills in Office programs and internet;Web-recruiter’s personal qualities : High sense of responsibility; Organizational and systematization skills;
  • An ability of negotiations; Fast-learner of technical or semi-technical issues. An ability to work independently from others;
  • Salary system : Each online agent selection and training - $10. In case the plan is accomplished a bonus in the amount of $100 (The plan is a minimum 30 onlineagents (testers) a month);
  • 10% from the total income generated by each selected online agent, during the next 6 months. This offerwill be valid for 1 year.

  • Web-recruiter’s qualification requirements : An English qualification at B1, or higher grade; Experience in Human Resources management field;
  • Educational knowledge of psychology, sociology and human resources management direction; High skills in Office programs and internet;
