Job Description

Minimum Skills to hire :

Minimum Experience (External)

  • With Bachelor’s Degree related to business management, finance, economics, mathematics and the like
  • At least 1-year work experience in a BPO, life insurance company, or bank
  • Familiar with life insurance concept and terminologies
  • Minimum Experience (Internal)

  • At least 1-year tenure in current role
  • With working knowledge on individual insurance policies, together with corresponding procedures, legislative requirements, and concepts
  • With working knowledge of Individual Insurance Admin systems, products, and Illustrations application
  • Adept in navigating AWD, MS-DOS, Access, web, and email platforms
  • Adept in working with numbers
  • Nice to Haves :

  • Excellent interpersonal customer communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Above average organizational or prioritization skills to be able to work in a multi-tasking, high-volume, and rapidly changing environment with set service standards
  • Above average level of attention to details
  • Adaptable to change
  • Above average problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • A strong team player
  • On the job you will :

  • Provide routine and complex inforce illustrations to support internal and external client requests within the defined service level commitments, giving priority to Elite advisors.
  • Answer and / or clarify technical product questions about the values on illustrations and why they have changed.
  • Provide high-level support and walkthrough to advisors regarding e-quote and Repsource illustrations requests. Answer advisor inquiries through e-mail.
  • Assist with standard or routine quotes.
