We are looking to hire a highly organized Administrative Officer to perform all administrative and clerical duties necessary for the retail sales division to carry out its duties.
The Administrative Officer's should also be able track department expenses, arrange payments to vendors, facilitate legal document reviews, organize flights, transportation, and accommodation and the like.
A top-performing Administrative Officer should be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to complete all duties in a timely manner.
Administrative Officer Responsibilities :
Preparing expense reports
Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
Systematically filing important company documents.
Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms and other resources.
Assisting the HR department with collection of people requirements
Administrative Officer Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Management is advantageous.
Proven experience working in an office environment.
at least 1 or more years’ office administration experience.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Working knowledge of business management.
