Job Objectives This role is responsible for establishing and developing long term relationships with customers while also servicing existing accounts The Key Account Manager seeks out to acquire and identifies new customers with high and strategic potential belonging to the Enterprise corporation and or defined industry market segments initiating communication with decision makers to assess their needs and sell his her company s solution products or services Primary Responsibilities Achieves monthly quarterly annual sales goals and objectives Selling products and services to enterprise accounts customer Upselling cross selling to existing accounts customer Building relationship and proactively communicating with prospective clients and existing customers to identify new sales opportunities Providing excellent customer service both to prospective clients and existing customers Maintaining client relationships with existing accounts to ensure account renewals for continuous business engagement Confidently and successfully negotiates and closes deals Respond to Request for Proposals RFP in timely and accurate fashion Work with customers to identify challenges that our products can solve Conduct professional and informative sales presentations Provide sales pipeline and weekly sales forecasting reports Build account plans and strategies to develop key accounts Execute direct marketing correspondences such as cold calling or email campaign Provide weekly monthly opportunity pipeline and report on specific campaigns Maintain excellent product knowledge Attend or enroll to all training sessions on site or online Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM system Clean data when appropriate Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business IT or related field At least 2 years work experience in sales and or marketing IT Sales an advantage Experience with Solution Selling Sales Process and Enterprise Selling Knowledge in prospecting leads generation and account planning Excellent written and verbal communication skill Excellent presentation skills Has the ability to work in all levels of the organization Organizational skills Time Prioritization Management skills Strong Problem Solving skills Negotiation and Persuasion skills Has the capacity to build good relations with different customers Has proven track record of achieving departmental KPIs Willing to travel locally to meet with clients Knowledge in Sales tools or CRM system e g Salesforce Insightly Pipeline or Zoho Highly proficient in MS Office applications Requirements Minimum education level Bachelor s Degree Years of experience 2 Availability for travel No Availability for change of residence No
