Responsibilities (include but not limited to) :
Ensure that Mercury Z has a strong presence in the Philippines
Update current and design new recruiting procedures
Lead Sourcing Strategies
Manage, train, and evaluate our team of recruiters
Track recruiting metrics and report on performance
Research and recommend job advertising options
Consult with hiring managers to determine requirements
Write job descriptions
Post requisitions on job boards, social media sites, etc.
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Recommend and negotiate candidate salaries
Prepare offer letters and facilitate signings
Experience as a Recruiting Director, Recruiting Manager, or similar position
Experience building, training, and managing a recruiting team
Working experience with an applicant tracking system, e.g., Jazz HR
Experience using social media to find talent
Hands on experience interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates
Knowledge of labor regulations
Knowledge of current market trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership ability
Demonstrated team management skills
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
