The HRO Benefits Service Analyst supports HRO clients from a practical, administrative and product perspective. Provides guidance and research in response to a wide variety of questions, requests, projects and issues presented by client HR / Benefits Administrators.

Primary focus will be on working with carriers to perform manual updates for clients that no connection has been set up.

  • Serve as the liaison between the client and other ADP and non-ADP service providers such as the various insurance carriers, human resources consultants, brokers and third-party administrators in reference to supporting below administrative services.
  • Set up temporary and / or long term procedures to ensure timely processing of enrollments and to resolve eligibility issues.
  • Using voice, e-mail or web based delivery methods, manages of the production aspect of manual carrier updates, carrier connection management & error resolution, enrollment discrepancy corrections with carriers, logging carrier verifications and related reporting.
  • Maintain database of carrier website access credentials in compliance with ADP’s Global Security Organization’s policies
  • Partners with internal teams to coordinate transaction processing, audits and AdHoc or regular deliverables
  • Manages and monitors data flow and integration including carrier connections, payroll and / or processing manual carrier updates.
  • Works in conjunction with various team members to resolves errors and issues, timely and accurately. Escalates failures appropriately and escalates programmatic issues to appropriate team members, connections development teams, carriers or other third parties as appropriate.

  • Follows all HR / Benefits regulations and ADP Policies on data protection.
  • Performance is based upon the percent of Service Requests Closed in 3 Days as BSS Associate will enhance client’s experience through timely completion of client service request.
  • Evaluated tasks are : Manual Carrier Updates initial set up and ongoing production, Carrier Error Report Processing, Billing Discrepancy Resolution.

  • Timely and accurate completion of Benefit Administrative tasks. Their manager will evaluate them through Direct Observation, Client Feedback and Service Request Reporting.
  • Associates will be assigned Clients to own, and will be measured on aging of initial Client set up (time to get procedure established with the 3rd Party vendor for the new Client), as well as average aging for production items in the queue
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Human Resources or equivalent in education.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in BPO or related industry.
  • Exposure in managing multiple systems and web based programs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • INTERNAL

  • 18 months tenure with exposure in managing Clients concerns in line with the following :
  • Two plus years employee benefits experience and / or HR administration or related field.
  • Two plus years customer service experience in ADP Major Accounts Services role or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of ADP’s HRB, WFN and PayeXpert (or other PR & H&W) products and a proven proficiency of navigating the ADP organization to resolve client requests preferred
  • COMPETENCIES

  • Above average English communication skills; able to discuss changes and get commitments from Carriers and Clients.
  • Competent in managing projects and ability to work within deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
  • Demonstrated client conflict resolution skills necessary
  • Team player and comfortable communicating with internal partners
