Has previous experience as a Window system administrator with strong Active Directory background a must.
Manage technical admin support for Varonis toolset.
Create Access and DCF reports from Varonis.
Utilized Varonis Data Privilege to set up owners to manage unstructured data shares.
Plan and manage agent installations and product upgrades, work with vendor on problem resolution
Provide system information to clients and auditors
Ability to communicate to Business users and established share owners to assist with recertification activities
Thinks outside the box to assist in streamlining existing processes with the ability to see where improvements are needed.
Work with technical staff and consultants in US , SAC, EMEA and Asia.
Excellent communication skills
Manage problem resolution and Service Request tickets.
Write process and Procedure documentation
Able to work shift rotation to be part of 24 / 7 support team
Proven knowledge of Windows and server administration
Full understanding of Active directory with hands on AD skills
Knowledge of networking, TCP, FTP, SCP and firewalls
Knowledge of IT security principles
Technical writing skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Flexible to manage and perform weekend changes as required
Need to provide on-call 24x7x365 support as needed
Programming skills and scripting experience (Powershell) a plus
Previous experience with the Varonis system a plus
MCP, MCSA, MCSE or other applicable certifications a plus
