Job Summar :
Responsible for coordinating with candidates / applicants and providing requirement sheet and make sure requirements are sent in a timely manner.
HR Associate will be responsible for reaching out to candidates to do all the necessary follow-up and reminders. Assist candidates which steps are needed as well as assist how and where to accomplish all the requirements.
Needs to be very comfortable speaking to Therapists and should be able to handle pressure and compose self when talking to providers, while maintaining high level of accuracy and detail of work.
Submit prescreened allied health candidates providers to designated Client staffing specialist within forty-eight (48) hours.
A prescreened candidate is a candidate pre-qualified on the phone to be currently available, have pay rate in range of job order as well as have the requisite skills and licensure as per credentialing checklist.
Provide Client management team with a written status update within forty-eight (48) hours as to the ability, or lack of, to provide necessary submittals to the designated order
Agent will be handling multiple administrative task that would be related but not limited to : Requirements, application compliance, licensing, documentation, account management, and more.

Technologically proficient able to use multiple tools at the same time.
Urgent and professional.
