Job Summary :
The Sales Administrative Assistant’s overall responsibility is to provide daily operational support to the sales team to facilitate increased team’s efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Provides clerical support to the sales department
Maintain and manages all sales related contracts / agreements,
Consolidates sales records and maintains data base, off-take depletions reports
Coordinates with Operations Team on sales order processing ensuring all sales orders are aligned with pricing and credit guidelines and stocks availability has been checked to determine if orders can be fully served.
Coordinates regularly with Finance Team on the account receivable reports and cascade accordingly to all Account Managers / Executives and monitors collections
Monitors all free-of-charge bottles of the sales team and ensure completeness of acknowledgement / delivery receipts for submission to Operations.
Organizes sales and marketing alignment meetings.
Job Requirements :
Degree on any business-related course.
Minimum 1-year relevant experience as an Admin Assistant / Sales Assistant
Good command of MS Office
