ABOUT YOUR TEAMS Your newly-formed teams of Outbound Phone Sales Reps have just joined PowerChoice, and will be working from home in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and elsewhere.
Your teams will be targeting B2B sales in the electricity space for Australian and Singaporean customers. Your teams will market by cold call and be fully supported by a marketing group.
You will be supported by dedicated Group Sales Manager, Team Leads, Marketing and business support staff. ABOUT YOU You will coach, mentor and inspire our Phone Sales Reps, to design training frameworks, programs and material.
You must have a good understanding of outbound phone sales techniques and be able to train and motivate sales reps with varying levels of experience, diverse cultures to be effective in the Australian and Singapore market.
Together with the Outbound Phone Sales Manager, you will develop scripts and techniqyes to help our salespeople engage in authentic, customer-focused conversations that result in high-value, needs-based solutions.
and achieve their individual and team goals. Subsequently your role will be Trainer to Direct (Field) Sales Team. You will be home based for ultimate flexibility, with 7am-4pm local work hours.
To qualify for this role your computer must be able to run the latest MS office 365 applications and have good Internet speed.

Your Sales Reps will be working from home, and you will be managing them from home. You will be responsible for (A) Training Frameworks, Materials & Training + Coaching · Determine training needs of individual and teams of sales reps by identifying best sales practices, understanding industry and customer needs· Develop sales training curriculum and resources, constantly reviewing and improving the resources as necessaryConduct on-boarding and on-going coaching, counselling, on-going trainingEnsure sales teams are fully equipped with sales and product knowledge and resources Inspire, coach to overcome personal challenges and improve discipline, inspire team-sharing and build team spirit.
