About the role
We are looking for a talented & aggressive sales manager to accelerate the growth of our Gourmet foodservice business in the Philippines.
Key objectives : drive volume, distribution reach, brand perception & customer satisfaction in the Philippines, both in distribution and especially through direct approach with BAPA / central kitchens, HORECA, CASH & CARRY key accounts.
Key responsibilities include
Identify & secure new customers in the bakery-pastry / food service / beverage / manufacturing industry, through joint efforts with distributors or direct approach to key accounts
Support key distributors, in the forms of : Brand & product training, demonstrations Brand events New product or new packaging launch Updated marketing and sales tools End-user visits Industry information End-user database
Analyze & manage the product portfolio with the goal to optimize volume and profitability Introductions of new products Phasing outs Sales promotions focusing on high-margin or new items
Build positive relationships with influential industry members : officials of trade associations, top chefs, influential bloggers, Ambassadors, schools
Provide monthly reporting to management, including : Evolution Vs KPIs Key actions for the next 3 months SalesForce
Internal Stakeholder : Sales Director, Global marketing team, APAC marketing colleagues, Technical advisors, Customer service team / QA team / R / D, Finance
External Stakeholders : Importers, wholesalers, end-users, Ambassadors, Journalists, bloggers
Fluent in English : written & spoken
Minimum of 10 years in sales and marketing
Industry knowledge is an advantage, an established sales network among key chocolate / compound users will be appreciated
Analytical skills, creativity, great interpersonal skills, forward-looking, ability to work independently is key
