Essential and optional requirements
Two (2) years experience / relevant capacity.
Degree holder in Culinary
Knowledgeable in HACCP and FSMS.
Well-versed in French cuisine.
Effective communication, guest relations and leadership skills.
Amenable to work in shifts.
Responsible in organizing the roster.
Ensure sufficient mise en place is available and operation is running efficiently.
Ensure food quality and food production standard practices are well maintained.
Ensure that the Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) are implemented.
Assist in the creation of new dishes.
