Drafts department communications, reports, SOPs and other information materials relating to new product / service.Provides assistance in drafting and reviewing rules and guidelines on assigned projects / products.
marketing materials for product launches; product presentations and interview guides for top management.Together with the department head, interfaces with regulators, various organizations, and market participants in establishing and maintaining partnerships to support the Exchange’s business development initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking or ManagementExperience : 3-5 years work experience is required with relevant experience in business / product development and project management as well as a sound background in capital markets and the financial industry.
Knowledge on valuation and mergers and acquisitions is an advantage.
