A day in the life of...
Responsible for the Payroll work package- Defining timelines and activities for the completion of this work package - ensuring timely delivery - coordinate with other parties involved
Designing future process maps, documentation and templates - Global wage type mapping - defining configuration requirements both in SAP and Global Mobility software.
Coordinate and oversee the global execution of payroll for Expatriates (including shadow payroll where needed).
Coordinating the timely reception of payroll instruction from the Global Mobility teams to the local / NBS payroll team.
Answering questions from local / Nestle Business Services payroll team regarding the execution of expatriate payroll (i.
e. specific benefits, compliance and reporting impact, wage type functionalities).
Overseeing payroll runs following instruction. Responsible for flows of payroll information to and from the Global Mobility assignment software.
Define global processes for payroll data computation and gathering. Responsible to run those processes required intervals for the markets.
Train local / Nestle Business Services payroll teams and Global Mobility teams regarding payroll related matters
Define cost reporting guidelines and assist the Regional Center of Competence in its application
Ensures effective operational management of the Expat payroll CoS, comprising people and budget management
What will make you successful
University Degree level education or equivalent (Master's Degree an advantage)
5+ years experience in handling operative HR processes in an international context with strong focus on payroll and global compensation management
Previous experience of working in multinational organisational setting
Management of complex projects and stakeholders as well as significant change management including transitioning of activities between teams
Good knowledge about multi-national payroll processes and procedures (e.g. usage of wage types)
Experience of SAP Payroll
Has experience with another payroll system / vendor and of a Global Mobility Management software
Fluent in English
