Senior Expert

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides support & guidance to the Associates, Senior Associates and Experts and is responsible for the tasks under his / her area of competence

  • Over-all Support for all modules
  • SSF Approver ALCM (Back-up)
  • SSF Monitoring (Back-up)
  • BayJED Expert (Back-up)
  • ICS Reviewer (Back-up)
  • Final Review of Contracts and SLAN data (Back-up)
  • 2. Follows up and helps on the resolution of issues (acts as the point of escalation)

    3. Identifies process gaps and contributes to KPI achievement and process improvements

    4. Solves complex problems and if possible, takes a new perspective on existing solutions

    5. Ensures proper communication and collaboration with stakeholders (BKA Partner Role)

    6. Actively participates and supports the Team Lead in alignment meetings e.g. Pre and Post Close meetings

    7. Discusses issues and KPIs that are below the Global Targets and identifies opportunities for improvement

    8. Drives LEAN and Innovation activities of the team and of the group as a whole

    9. Supports the Team Lead and Operations Manager in implementing operational activities

    10. Supports the Team Lead in the review of WPA Postings and Plausibility Check Control

    11. Acts as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of Team Lead

    12. Promotes an active communication & partnering with other SSO processes

    13. Active involvement in Cross-Center Expertise Network (CCEN) meetings and projects

  • Attends monthly CCEN Module Update meeting
  • Leads monthly FA-Wide Module Update meeting
  • 14. Ensures process changes are documented timely and accurately

  • Coordinates with the different stakeholders in the preparation, update and review of specific documentation for the processes affected (ie.
  • perform and review ICS controls, review BEAM Supporting Documents)

  • Monitors expiring process specific documentations and informs the group to perform necessary update
  • 15. Prepares and conducts process specific trainings

    16. Contributes to successful implementation of projects (global and local)

    17. Performs other tasks as required by the role

    WHO YOU ARE

  • More than 5 years of experience in Audit and / or Accounting, CPA is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Knowledgeable in Excel, Power Point and SharePoint. Experience in Excel macros or VBA would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English, any other spoken language is a plus.
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to express complex issues in an understandable manner.
  • Ability to lead teleconferences in an international context
  • Ability to collaborate and work under pressure with high flexibility in changing and complex environments
