DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Concentrix Global EDGE Transformation Manager work proactively with clients, Concentrix deal and delivery teams to refine their current business strategy or develop new strategies that are in line with competitive and market forces.

You will help clients become fit and agile organizations, enabling them to take full advantage of the opportunities in their respective markets.

Based on the client's strategic objectives, you'll improve performance across their business through reshaping processes, transforming the organization and using enabling technology effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS : Education :

Education :

4 Year Degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 2 Years Consulting experience or Contact Center Management Client facing role in at least one of the industry verticals
  • Experience assessing needs and creating compelling transformation proposals
  • Experience delivering Transformation proposals / presentations and conducting workshops with C-Suite level and below
  • Experience and demonstrated results in Due Diligence streams or similar engagements in client operation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Power Point and Excel skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
