Sales & Customer Service via Live Person (chat) - Help passengers establish itineraries, answer general questions regarding existing booking or travel, maximize sales opportunities.

Salary : PHP17,000, no allowance

Performance incentives (Profit Shares)

24 / 7 operations, Shifting schedule

Must be amenable to work onsite in Eastwood

Security Requirement : Must have an updated NBI Clearance upon Job Offer

At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (K-12)

BPO experience is an advantage but not required

With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written, Excellent spelling and grammar)

Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills

Must be amenable to work onsite in Eastwood
