Job Description

  • Scopes the managed and maintenance services solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers' met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both customer and Questronix.
  • Performs client's needs analysis, information gathering on client expectations, and technical baselines for generating or review of proposals and statements of work.
  • Effectively communicates services offerings and solutions to the customer, third parties, and project teams.
  • Ensures the proposals are technically sound, deliverable, competitive, and representative of the company's market leadership.
  • Develops strong partnerships with existing service provider partners and suppliers.
  • Stays up to date on emerging technologies and products, including attaining certifications and participation in industry events as appropriate.
  • Brings new ideas and methodologies to improve the department.
  • Active involvement in all presales activities including review of Request for Proposal (RFP) that involves services requirements.
  • Completes services component of a sales proposal.
  • Works closely with sales team to ensure that the managed services being offered can be tailored to meet the customer's requirements.
  • Attends meetings with clients, partners, suppliers, and bid conferences.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with customers to customize effective managed service.
  • Replies to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
  • Presents proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
  • Provides on-going support for customer's pre and post implementation.
  • Produces detailed costings for customers and ensures the contract is profitable.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
  • Achieves assigned productivity and profitability quotas.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, with a technical major, such as Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience in system administration is desired.
  • Equipped with basic computer skills.
  • Technical and organized mind.
  • Attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems.
  • Enthusiastic; Strong driven to learn.
  • Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms.
  • Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multi-tasking.
